MAGNOJET has been a successful history during the years. In 1985, the company started its activity in Santana do Parnaiba city, São Paulo state. As a result from hard work and efforts to achieve its main goal of bringing to the Brazilian agricultural market high level products in technology and quality, Magnojet was born.

The company started providing its products to the OEM – Original Equipment Manufacturer - of spraying machinery, but in the middle of 90’s, the company adopted a new market strategy, when it was decided to attended retail and wholesale companies in the whole country.

Recently, MAGNOJET has moved to Ibaiti city, state of Paraná, due to fiscal incentives and commercial strategies, besides the necessity of enlarging the company’s facilities to best attend the market demand.

Nowadays, with 4,320 sq meter facilities, and around 60 employees, being 10 in administrative area and 50 directly linked to the production process, Magnojet is the biggest manufacturer of ceramic nozzles in Brazil and one the greatest in the world.

In the last years, the market share of MAGNOJET has increased tremendously, becoming the number one in the Brazilian market. Increase that can be explained due to the new labor philosophy introduced in the company. It includes technical sales besides of the company is engaged in commercial issues with their dealers as well as training of application technology of chemicals with ceramic nozzles produced by Magnojet in different types of crops around the world. Also, MAGNOJET has been participating in several exhibitions, shows and demonstrations in field to better meet the needs of the end users worldwide.

Another point that certainly contributes the company to be a success, concerning the ceramic manufacturing process, because the products are made by using high quality alumina raw material (around 99% tenor) and also through an exclusive process of manufacturing, which was developed by the own company and has been improving constantly. The sintering process take place in high height ovens, also own developed.

The company has an efficient quality control system for all the products made, but mainly for the flat fan nozzles, which 100% are produced and tested, considering the flow rate, jet opening angle and distribution standard, according the accuracy established  by international regulations.

MAGNOJET has a complete range of products in order to attend better the needs of the customers, by offering a variety of ceramic and polyacetal nozzles as well as the accessories for spraying machinery in general.
